Vaporizator/Arzător: Adăugați 6–8 picături de ulei esențial într-un vaporizator sau într-un arzător.
Inhalation (facial steam): Add 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Not suitable for asthmatics via inhalation — use in a diffuser instead. Inhalation by steam not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Masaj: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil.
