Inhalare: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). DO NOT induce vomiting. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
