Mod de utilizare și dozaj
Vaporizator/Arzător: Adăugați 6–8 picături de ulei esențial într-un vaporizator sau într-un arzător. Inhalare: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Masaj: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of blending oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Baie: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending oil, swirl into water.
