Vaporizator/Arzător: Adăugați 6–8 picături de ulei esențial într-un vaporizator sau într-un arzător. Inhalare: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only).
