Mod de utilizare și dozaj
Vaporiser/Diffuser: Adăugați 6–8 picături de ulei esențial într-un vaporizator sau într-un arzător.
Inhalare: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation for children over 10 years only.)
Massage blend: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil.
Bath blend: Add 4 to 6 drops to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
