100% Juniperus virginiana (cedarwood) wood oil

Diffuser/Vaporiser: Add 6 to 8 drops to a vaporiser or burner. Steam Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops to a bowl of hot water. Masaj: Add 5 drops per 10 ml of blending/carrier oil (up to 5 drops per 10 ml for body use; 2 drops per 10 ml for facial use). Baie: Add 4 to 6 drops to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
