Solgar Extra Strength Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM with Ester-C combines four well-recognised ingredients into one convenient tablet formula. Each serving of three tablets delivers 1,068 mg of Glucosamine HCl, 1,200 mg of Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, and 700 mg of MSM (as the premium OptiMSM® form of methylsulfonylmethane), alongside 60 mg of Vitamin C in the gentle, highly bioavailable Ester-C® (calcium ascorbate) form.
