Each daily serving of 2 softgels provides 2000 mg of fish oil in triglyceride form (TG 18/12), supplying a minimum of 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA — two omega-3 fatty acids that contribute to the normal function of the heart, brain, and eyes.
