Ingredients
BioMarine® – deep sea shark liver oil (South West Pacific Ocean and Tasman Sea, New Zealand and Australia); BioCardine® Omega-3 – sardine, anchovy and mackerel muscle oil (South Pacific Ocean); BioNeuro® Omega-3 – fish muscle oil of anchovy, herring and tuna species (Indian Ocean and Western Pacific Ocean); OLAVA® cod liver oil – Alaskan cod liver oil (Bering Sea, Alaska). Additional ingredients: flavourings – natural blueberry flavour; antioxidants – mixed tocopherols (E306).
Capsule shell: gelling agent – gelatin (E441); humectant – glycerol (E422); water.
Usage & Dosage
Intended for dietary management of adults and children weighing over 10 kg. Unless otherwise recommended by a doctor or nutritionist, divide the daily amount into portions not exceeding 5 ml (5 capsules), consumed 15–20 minutes before meals at regular intervals throughout the day. The daily portion is calculated based on ideal body weight (BMI). Hold capsules in the mouth for several seconds before swallowing. Take with a small amount of water; do not take with citrus juice. A minimum interval of one hour should be maintained between consumption of fish oil-based products and citrus or citrus juice.
Warnings
For use in pregnant and breastfeeding women only after consultation with a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In the acute phase of disease, maintain a low-fat diet when taking the product. In cases of gastro-oesophageal reflux or heartburn, take with a meal (ensure the meal is low-fat).
