100% Achillea millefolium (yarrow) oil

Mod de utilizare și dozaj

Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of a carrier oil. Swirl into water.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Yarrow should not be used on allergy prone skin. Avoid Yarrow if you suffer from epilepsy. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Yarrow essential oil is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.
