About Solgar – Double Strength Omega-3 (60 Softgels)

Solgar Double Strength Omega-3 delivers a concentrated dose of marine-sourced omega-3 fatty acids — EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) — in a convenient once-daily softgel. Each softgel provides 700 mg of total omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, including 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA, sourced from sustainably harvested fish oil and stabilised with natural mixed tocopherols (vitamin E) to maintain freshness.
